What’s included, how your book arrives, and how to get help.

Your two book options

Free standard US shipping is included with both options. The bundle includes one physical book. Digital files become available through your private order when the complete book is ready.

Create your free cover and short sample first. After confirmed payment, we create the remaining pages. Our team checks the completed book before printing; you do not need to approve it.

Estimated from purchase: Ships in 3 to 5 days. Arrives in 7 to 12 business days. Need the book for a particular date? Contact us before ordering. See shipping and tracking details. A screen preview cannot guarantee exact printed color or paper appearance.

Orders and returns

Check names and details before purchase. You can edit the completed book’s wording until our team locks its print file. Contact us promptly about other changes. Editing a separate draft does not change the saved order.

You can request cancellation before printing starts. For damage, defects or the wrong book, we offer a replacement or refund. See our cancellation, refund and damaged delivery policy.

Can I leave while my book is being made?

With a real paid order, your book can continue generating in the background after payment is confirmed. We email your checkout address when it is ready to review. You do not have to keep the site open. Creating the free cover or sample happens before payment; keep that tab open until it finishes.

How do I open my book again?

Use the private link in your book-ready email. It works once, expires after seven days and opens your saved order on the device where you use it. After opening, that browser can access the order for up to 30 days. If the link has expired or was already used on another device, contact us with your order reference. Do not share the link.

You can also return using the browser where you created the order. Optionally connect saved copies to your ChatGPT account from My saved books to open those copies after signing in on another device.

Your photos and stories

Your photo helps us illustrate your person. It is sent to OpenAI when you request artwork. Your draft stays in this browser. Continuing from a sample to checkout saves a private copy of your photo and details on our server so the book can be resumed. The source photo is removed when the completed book is saved; contact support to remove an unfinished copy.

Use only photos you have permission to share. You can clear your draft below, and eligible saved copies can be removed from My saved books. Clearing your browser draft does not delete a server order. Contact support for other deletion requests.

A private backup from the studio contains your photos and stories and lets you restore your working draft. It does not transfer paid-order access; use your book-ready email or a connected account for that. See the Privacy Policy for storage, retention, service providers and measurement choices.

Clear this browser’s draft

Close any other open book studio tabs first. This removes your local photo, story and illustrations. Download anything you want to keep.

Chat with the store owner

Open Chat & help, then choose Chat with us. Enter your email so the owner can reply if you leave or the owner is away. It is for support follow-up, not newsletter signup. Email remains available at hello@giftworthytales.com.

Chat is provided by Tawk.to and loads only when you open it. Tawk.to processes your messages, any contact details or attachments you submit, and technical information such as your IP address and browser. It may use cookies or similar storage to maintain conversations. Our integration does not automatically send your uploaded photos, book text, or private order links to chat.

Please share only an order reference and a short description of the issue, not passwords, payment details, or private book links. Contact support to request deletion of chat records. Provider processing is described in Tawk.to’s Privacy Policy.

Get help

Email hello@giftworthytales.com for help with your book. Include your order reference, if available, or the step that failed and any visible error. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.
