Where we ship and what it costs

Both book options include one personalized hardcover and free standard US shipping. International delivery and expedited shipping are not currently offered. Checkout collects a US address and shows the final total before you confirm payment. We check the address with the printer before submitting the order. If it cannot be served, we will contact you and refund the unfulfilled purchase.

Creation and printing

After payment, we create the remaining pages and email you when your book is ready. Our team checks the completed book and sends it to the printer. You do not need to approve it or keep the site open.

Estimated from purchase: Ships in 3 to 5 days. Arrives in 7 to 12 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Generation, our checks, printing and carrier transit are separate stages. If you need the book for a particular birthday or event, contact us before ordering. We do not guarantee arrival by a specific event date.

Tracking and address details

Use an accurate recipient name and complete delivery address at checkout. Contact us promptly if something needs correction. We cannot guarantee an address change once printing or shipment has started.

Shipment updates and available tracking appear on your private order page, with a shipping notification sent to your checkout email. A label being created does not mean the carrier has received the package. If tracking stops updating or shows an unexpected delivery, contact us with the order reference.

Delays and missing orders

If we cannot ship within the time promised for your purchase, we will explain the delay and ask whether you want to wait for a revised date or cancel for a refund. If we cannot fulfill the order, or do not obtain required consent to a delay, we will cancel and promptly refund the unshipped purchase. We will not substitute a different book without your agreement.

Digital copy delivery

The optional Hardcover + Digital copy option includes a reading PDF and eight separate illustration downloads. These become available through your private saved order after the completed book is ready. They do not ship in the parcel, and no second hardcover is included.
