Using the book studio

These terms apply to your use of Giftworthy Tales. You must be an adult and able to agree to these terms. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with other customers’ access or try to bypass payment, privacy or usage limits.

What you create

You provide a photo and details about someone, then receive an illustrated cover and short sample. For a paid order, the full book is created after confirmed payment. Our team checks the completed book before sending it to the printer. No customer print approval is required.

Writing and artwork are generated using AI and may contain mistakes or imperfect likenesses. Examples are illustrative. Check names, dates, wording, images and layout carefully. A screen cannot show paper texture or guarantee identical printed color.

Your content and permission

You keep any rights you already hold in the photos and stories you upload. You give us permission to process that content through our service providers as needed to create, store, deliver and support your requested book. This does not authorize us to publish your private book as an advertisement.

Only submit content you are entitled to use. Do not upload unlawful, exploitative or infringing material. You are responsible for obtaining permission to use another person’s image and information. You may use your purchased book and included downloads for personal use and personal gifts, subject to any rights held by others; no exclusive copyright in AI-generated material is promised.

Book options and prices

The listed options are one hardcover for $49.99, or one hardcover with a reading PDF and eight separate original-resolution illustration downloads for $59.99. Neither option includes a second hardcover. Free standard US shipping is included. The final total is shown before you confirm payment. We check the delivery address with the printer before submitting the order; if it cannot be served, we will contact you and refund the unfulfilled purchase.

The Hardcover + Digital copy option’s illustration files are supplied at their generated resolution. They are not promised as large-format print files. Generation and delivery are not instant. See the shipping policy for timing and delivery limitations.

Book checks and order changes

Our team’s print check locks a specific production file. You can edit the completed book’s wording until that file is locked. Editing a separate working draft afterwards does not alter the saved production file. Contact us promptly about changes; once printing starts, changes and change-of-mind cancellations are unavailable. Our refund and cancellation policy explains our reprint or refund guarantee.

Shipping information and delays are covered by our shipping policy. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund the affected unfulfilled purchase as required.

Access and service issues

Keep access to your checkout email and protect private book links. Browser-only drafts can be lost if you clear browser data. Saved paid orders are held separately, and support can help verify access. Please report a failed payment, missing book or technical problem with your order reference; do not repeatedly pay for the same order.

We may restrict misuse or content that violates these terms. Service interruptions can occur. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
